1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Refrigerated Products: All Hopscotch Foods products are refrigerated and arrives cold on dry ice to maintain quality and freshness. We ship in insulated boxes with dry ice. Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

  • Shipping Costs: FREE shipping on all orders.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and weather conditions.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

5. Tracking Your Order
